Summary

A homeowner in Kingsport needed a large stump and its surface roots removed from right against their fence. Clearing this section was important to eliminate tripping hazards and get the area ready for new planting.

The Work

Ground down the main tree stump close to the fence
Removed exposed snaking roots to prevent regrowth
Spread wood chips evenly along the fence line
Left the area ready for future soil or seeding

The Outcome

The yard is now free of stumps and roots, making it safer and easier to maintain. The cleared space can be used for new plants or grass, and the chip mulch helps prevent erosion along the fence.
